Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Jamdis and his professional team installed a retractable patio cover in my backyard, and I couldn’t be happier. It looks amazing and operates smoothly without any noise. I enjoy it even more when I turn on the fire pit underneath—it creates a perfect atmosphere. Thank you, Saeed!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Saeed is very professional and got the job done in one day! We had snow this past week, he kept us updated on when they would come to do the job. They arrived at the time they stated, and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend this company if you want to get the job done right.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had Saeed came to my home and installed a beautiful Pergola with his team. They did an awesome job and everyday/everytime we see it, it brings our family a lot of joy. He is professional and does what he says. Came and installed the concrete post and structure like he said he would. Thank you Jamdis team.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Saeed and team from Jamdis were recommended to me by someone else who had work done by them. Recommendation was accurate! I had a wooden carport in desperate need of replacement. The day I contacted Jamdis, they came out to inspect and quote, and within a week I jhad a new carport! They did everything they promised, from timings, to budget, to finished product. Very happy customer!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Cannot recommend Jamdis enough! We have two smaller uncovered patio areas that we were looking to add something to in order to make it more useable year-round. Saeed recommended the glass covering for our bottom patio and the retractable cover for our top one - and we are so happy with them! They are better than we expected, service was extremely quick and efficient, and Saeed was a pleasure to work with. It was clear that Saeed also wanted what was best for us and what would be the best option for our space. We had contacted another company and wasn't as impressed with their customer service.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I could not be happier with Jamdis service. Someone recommended Jamdis for glass patio coverage and indoor glass railings. They are true professionals. They made the measurements in one session, 4 days later the crew arrived on-time and installed the patio glass cover in one day. in Addition, they measured the indoor glass railing and once the glasses were ready, they arrived on-time and installed the railing in 2 hours according to time schedule. Very efficient. I will definitely recommend their service to family, friends, and my network.

Custom Screens Designed for Comfort, Privacy & Protection

Too much sun on the patio. Glare on the screens. A bedroom that’s never dark enough. A storefront that feels exposed after hours. The right exterior screen or roller shutter fixes all of it — quietly, at the press of a button, and built for Vancouver weather. Tell us about your space and we’ll show you the simplest way to solve it.

A few of the people we help most.

You have large west- or south-facing windows fighting glare and fading furniture.

Screens & Shutters: Your Questions Answered

Should I get a shade screen or a roller shutter?

Choose a shade/solar screen for sun, heat, glare, and daytime privacy while keeping your view. Choose a roller shutter for security, full blackout, storm protection, and insulation. Many customers use screens on patios and shutters on windows or storefronts — we’ll help you decide in your free quote.

Will a solar screen still let me see outside?

Yes. Our solar screens are designed to cut heat and glare while keeping your outside view — you can choose the mesh opacity that balances shade and visibility for your space.

Are the screens wind-resistant in Vancouver's weather?

Yes. Our exterior screens use zip-track side guides that hold the fabric firmly in wind and rain, so they stay put and stay protected.

Motorized or manual — and do they work with smart home systems?

Both are available. Our motorized screens and shutters run on quiet Somfy motors and operate at the touch of a button or remote, with optional sun/wind sensors and smart-home or schedule control. Manual options are available too.

Are they child- and pet-safe?

Yes. We offer cordless and motorized operation that meets current Canadian child-safety standards for window coverings.

Where can they be installed?

On windows, doors, patios, decks, balconies, pergolas, screen enclosures, and storefronts — residential and commercial.
